Ingredients
for 2 servings
- 250 g White beans
- 1 handful Raisins
- 1 spoon Nut butter (can be replaced with coconut oil) – optional
- 1 teaspoon Blue spirulina (či zelený ječmen nebo chlorella)
- 2 handfuls Fruit
Method
Soak the beans overnight in a sufficient amount of water.
The next day, drain the water, cover the beans with clean water, and cook for approximately 20 minutes until they are soft.
Drain the beans, transfer to a blender and add raisins, a cup of water and nut butter, which can be replaced with coconut oil or ghee.
Add spirulina or a green superfood of your choice.
Blend until smooth, creamy.
Transfer to a bowl, garnish with fruit and serve.
