BabyApp is a digital tool intended mainly for parents of children with food allergies or suspected food allergies.
The application is primarily used for:
- recording information about foods and reactions
- tracking dietary regimens
- recording food testing progress
- providing informational articles and recipes
- general recommendations related to food introduction
The application is intended mainly for children up to 2 years of age.
3. The Application Is Not a Medical Service
The application is not a medical device and does not provide medical services.
Information provided in the application:
- is for informational and supportive purposes only
- does not replace a medical diagnosis
- does not replace medical care
- does not replace consultation with a professional
Food reactions are individual and may vary for each child. In case of health issues, suspected allergic reaction, or worsening of the child’s condition, a physician or medical specialist must be contacted immediately.
4. User Responsibility
The user uses the application at their own responsibility.
The user is responsible for:
- the accuracy of data entered in the application
- the evaluation of information and recommendations
- decisions regarding the child’s diet
The operator is not responsible for:
- the child’s health reactions
- incorrect use of the application
- the user’s interpretation of information
5. User Account
Creating a user account is required for certain application features.
Registration may be done via:
- email and password
- Google account
- Apple account
The user is responsible for keeping their account secure.
6. Account Deletion
The user may delete their account at any time in the application. After account deletion, stored data is removed according to the privacy policy.
The operator reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block a user account if:
- the application is being misused
- these terms are being violated
- service security is at risk
7. Premium Subscription
Some application features are available only in the paid Premium version.
The application offers these subscription types:
- Premium – monthly subscription
- Premium – semi-annual subscription
Discounted subscription options are available for single parents. Exact prices may vary by platform and region.

Payments are processed through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play
8. Automatic Subscription Renewal
The subscription renews automatically for the next period unless canceled by the user.
Subscription cancellation can be done in the account settings of the respective platform:

- Google Play
Payment and refund terms are governed by the rules of these platforms.
9. Application Content
Application content (texts, articles, recipes, graphics, design) is protected by copyright.
Without the operator’s consent, it is not permitted to:
- copy content
- distribute content
- use content commercially
10. Content Sharing
The application allows users to share selected content, such as:
- articles
- recipes
- food testing results
Sharing is intended only for personal and non-commercial use.
11. Service Availability
The operator aims to provide continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The service may be temporarily unavailable, for example due to:
- maintenance
- technical issues
- system updates

The operator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on babyapp.cz.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
