The application does not provide medical services, is not a medical device, and does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare.
3. AI-Generated Content
The application may display summary texts and recommendations generated by artificial intelligence based on the data entered. Such texts are always clearly labeled in the application as AI-generated, are not created or reviewed by a physician or other healthcare professional, and do not replace professional medical consultation. Safety warnings and recommendations to seek medical care are never softened, altered, or replaced by AI-generated content.
4. Individual Differences
Food reactions and dietary responses may vary significantly between children. Therefore, information provided in the application should not be considered universal medical advice.
5. Consult a Professional
Before making any changes to a child’s diet, in case of suspected allergic reactions, or in case of any health concerns, users should always consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional.
In case of acute symptoms such as swelling, difficulty breathing, or other signs of a severe allergic reaction, contact emergency services immediately (in the Czech Republic: line 155) or go to the nearest emergency department without delay — do not wait for a response from the application.
6. User Responsibility
By using the application, users acknowledge that all decisions regarding healthcare, nutrition, or dietary measures are made at their own responsibility. Where such decisions concern a child's data, the user acts as the child's parent or legal guardian and decides in the child's best interest.
This disclaimer does not affect liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, nor any other rights the user may have under applicable law.
