Ingredients
for 4 servings
- 1 kg Vegetables (beets, potatoes, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, celery, parsley, carrots)
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
Method
Clean the selected vegetables and cut them into chips or strips of similar size.
Transfer it to a baking dish, add olive oil, thyme, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes, until the fries are soft and lightly browned on the surface.
Serve immediately as a side dish or separately.
