Ingredients
for 4 servings
- 4 pcs Apple
- 4 spoons Oatmeal
- 2 spoons Hazelnut butter
- 2 lžíce Raisins
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon – optional
Method
Halve the apples, remove the cores and lightly scoop out some of the pulp with a spoon.
Place the scooped-out pulp in a bowl (half can be used in a smoothie or snack).
Add the flakes, hazelnut butter, chopped dates and, if desired, cinnamon to the pulp.
Stir the mixture thoroughly.
Fill the apples generously with the prepared mixture.
Place in a baking dish and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until the apples are soft.
